KORCULA PRIVATE DAY TRIP

Korcula day trip overview

What Korcula day trip is about

>  ENJOY THE SCENIC RIDE ON THE ADRIATIC COASTAL ROAD AND THROUGH PELJESAC WINEGROWING HILLS!

Korcula day trip from Cavtat or from Dubrovnik starts with a beautiful car ride up the Adriatic coast. The Elaphiti islands and picturesque coves with hidden beaches alternate as Peljesac peninsula is approached. The drive through the peninsula is a drive through authentic Dalmatian countryside loyal to its traditional life. Vineyards and olive groves enhance the landscape all the way to Orebic, a little town where a passenger ferry for Korcula is boarded. The navigation lasts only twenty minutes.

>  VISIT STON, A SMALL MEDIEVAL TOWN!

Ston is a small medieval town situated at the very beginning of the Peljesac peninsula. It is linked to Mali Ston, a smaller settlement facing the Bay of Mali Ston, a home to exquisite oysters and mussels. Their main attraction is an impressive defensive wall which is more than 5km long. Together with the ancient saltworks, it represents a great achievement of the former Republic of Dubrovnik of which Ston was a very important part. A stop in Ston, on the Korcula day trip, is ideal for a coffee break and some light sightseeing.
